ABRIL HUB es el nombre comercial del ecosistema de marcas y proyectos del titular. La presentación conjunta de divisiones no implica que sean sociedades mercantiles independientes.
2. Objeto y uso
Esta web presenta actividades y proyectos y permite realizar consultas profesionales. Las divisiones «En proyecto» describen iniciativas en desarrollo; no suponen una oferta disponible para contratar. El formulario no formaliza por sí mismo un contrato ni un pedido.
El acceso es gratuito. Utiliza el sitio de forma lícita y facilita datos veraces. No se permite enviar spam, suplantar identidades o perjudicar su funcionamiento.
3. Contenidos y enlaces
Los textos, diseños, código y signos distintivos están protegidos en la medida prevista por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial. Su consulta no concede derechos de explotación. Se respetan los derechos de terceros y los usos legalmente permitidos.
Los enlaces permiten conocer las divisiones activas. Cada destino dispone de sus condiciones e información sobre privacidad. El titular procurará mantener la información y el funcionamiento del sitio, sin excluir las responsabilidades previstas por la ley.
4. Datos personales y normativa
Consulta la Política de privacidad para conocer el tratamiento de datos y las tecnologías utilizadas. Resulta aplicable la legislación española y de la Unión Europea que corresponda. Las controversias se someterán a los órganos competentes conforme a la normativa aplicable, respetando los derechos imperativos de consumidores y usuarios.

ABRIL HUB is the trading name for the owner's ecosystem of brands and projects. Presenting divisions together does not mean they are separate incorporated companies.
2. Purpose and use
This website presents activities and projects and accepts professional inquiries. Divisions marked “In development” describe planned initiatives, not services currently available to order. Submitting the form does not itself create a contract or place an order.
Access is free. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate details. Do not send spam, impersonate another person, or interfere with its operation.
3. Content and links
Text, designs, code, and distinctive signs are protected to the extent provided by intellectual property law. Access does not grant exploitation rights. Third-party rights and uses permitted by law are respected.
Links provide information about active divisions. Each destination has its own terms and privacy information. The owner will seek to maintain the site's information and operation; this does not exclude any liability imposed by law.
4. Personal data and applicable law
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data processing and the technologies used. Applicable Spanish and European Union law governs this website. Disputes will be handled by competent authorities or courts under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

2. Datos, finalidades y bases jurídicas
El formulario solicita nombre, correo y consulta; la empresa es opcional. Estos datos se utilizan para responder, valorar la petición y gestionar las conversaciones relacionadas. No envíes datos sensibles ni información innecesaria de terceros.
Cuando solicitas información para contratar un servicio, se aplican medidas precontractuales a tu petición (art. 6.1.b del RGPD). Otras consultas profesionales y contactos en representación de una empresa se atienden sobre la base del interés legítimo en responder a esa comunicación (art. 6.1.f). La prevención de abusos y los registros técnicos necesarios para la seguridad también se basan en ese interés legítimo.
La casilla confirma que has leído esta información; no autoriza publicidad. No se realizan altas automáticas en listas comerciales, perfiles publicitarios ni decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos. Sin los datos obligatorios no puede tramitarse el formulario; puedes contactar por correo electrónico.
3. Conservación
Las consultas se reciben por correo y se conservan durante su atención y el seguimiento solicitado. Después se eliminan, salvo la conservación limitada o el bloqueo necesarios para cumplir obligaciones legales o atender responsabilidades. Si surge una relación contractual, se aplicarán los plazos legales correspondientes.
El control de frecuencia guarda huellas de la IP y marcas de tiempo en archivos privados: cuenta intentos en ventanas de 15 minutos y limpia archivos de más de 24 horas cuando se ejecuta su proceso periódico. La sesión conserva el token y huellas de los últimos envíos para evitar duplicados, no el texto de la consulta. El alojamiento puede conservar registros técnicos de acceso conforme a su configuración.
4. Destinatarios y alojamiento
Pueden acceder los proveedores de alojamiento, correo y soporte que actúen como encargados del tratamiento, bajo las condiciones exigidas por el RGPD, y las autoridades cuando proceda legalmente. No se venden los datos ni se comunican a otras empresas para publicidad.
El alojamiento web se gestiona mediante ABRIL HOST, marca del mismo titular, que utiliza la infraestructura de SYS4NET en Murcia (España). Las consultas se envían a inquiries@abrilhub.com mediante el servicio de correo configurado en el alojamiento. ABRIL HOST no es un responsable distinto ni supone una cesión de datos a otra empresa del titular. No se prevén transferencias internacionales de datos para las finalidades descritas; cualquier cambio que las implique se informará con las garantías que correspondan.
5. Tus derechos
Puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y, cuando corresponda, portabilidad escribiendo a inquiries@abrilhub.com. Indica el derecho que deseas ejercer; solo se solicitarán datos adicionales de identidad si son necesarios. Puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos si consideras que tus derechos no han sido atendidos.

2. Data, purposes, and legal grounds
The form asks for your name, email, and inquiry; your company is optional. These details are used to respond, assess the request, and manage related conversations. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary information about others.
Requests about entering into a service agreement are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other professional inquiries and contacts on behalf of a company rely on the legitimate interest in responding to the communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Abuse prevention and technical records needed for security also rely on that legitimate interest.

3. Retention
Inquiries are received by email and retained while being handled and for the follow-up you request. Afterward, data is deleted, except for limited retention or restricted storage needed to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities. If a contractual relationship is established, the relevant statutory periods apply.
Abuse protection stores IP hashes and timestamps in private files: it counts attempts in 15-minute windows and cleans files older than 24 hours when its periodic process runs. The session holds a security token and hashes of recent submissions to prevent duplicates, not the inquiry text. The hosting service may retain technical access logs according to its configuration.
4. Recipients and hosting
Hosting, email, and support providers acting as processors under GDPR-compliant arrangements may access data, as may authorities when legally required. Data is not sold or shared with other businesses for advertising.
Web hosting is managed through ABRIL HOST, a trading name of the same owner, using SYS4NET infrastructure in Murcia, Spain. Inquiries are sent to inquiries@abrilhub.com through the mail service configured on the hosting server. ABRIL HOST is not a separate controller and does not entail sharing data with another business owned by the controller. International data transfers are not envisaged for the purposes described; any changes involving such transfers will be disclosed together with the applicable safeguards.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and, where applicable, data portability by emailing inquiries@abrilhub.com. Specify the right you wish to exercise; additional identity information will be requested only if necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been respected.
